Mulvey- Budney law, P.C.

is a general practice law firm.

We represent clients with an emphasis in Workers’ Compensation, personal injury, social security disability, real estate, state and local pensions, and estate matters.  We also represent individual members of several local unions in disability and personal injury matters.  Some of our clients are members of F.O.P. Lodge 5; AFSCME D.C. 33 Local 159; International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 830 and Local 107; and United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. In addition, we have experience with representing clients in bankruptcy and domestic relations matters. Our firm was started in 1984 by W. Michael Mulvey. Richard R. Budney, Jr. joined the firm as an associate since 1996 and became a partner in 2010.

Our mission as a law firm has always been to represent you, the client, as an individual and not a statistic. Unfortunately, too many firms and lawyers that deal with these practice areas focus on their own financial interests and not yours. A person dealing with a life changing personal or workplace injury, contemplating his/her employment future and its impact on his/her family needs to know that the person counseling them has his/her best interest and only his/her interest in mind. The same philosophy also applies whether you are dealing with estate planning issues for yourself or your loved ones. With over a combined 100 years of legal experience, we are your ideal law firm.
